How
can I run TagLink in a Citrix Environment?
1. First install TagLink
on the Citrix Server.
2. On the Client machines, download and install
the Citrix
Network Neighborhood.During the install, you'll be asked
if you would like to use the MachineName for client logins. Ensure
that this option is checked.
3. Run the newly installed Citrix Network Neighborhood and create
a new ICA file that links directly to the Citrix Desktop where TagLink
is installed.
4. Launch Citrix through the new ICA file and run TagLink. Once
started, go to the "Tools" Pull Down menu and select "Options".
At the bottom right of the options menu is a button that reads "Other".
Click this button and say yes to the message box that appears on
the screen. In the "Other Settings" look down towards
the bottom of the window for the "Run in a Citrix Environment"
option. Check this option and then Click "OK". Click "OK"
on the options window. Close and Restart TagLink.
